Private Client Work

I work for a substantial number of private Clients who require specialist advice on planning applications and appeals. This may be to improve their home, consider a building plot in their garden or self build projects. It also includes in conjunction with Solicitors, the assessment of development potential for the beneficiaries of a Will or Trust. 

I always agree professional fees in advance of commencing work and this is on a fixed basis.
